1. Acceptance

By accessing desktop-birchhub.click or engaging Birchhub Analytics Co., Ltd. ("Birchhub Analytics," "we," "us") for chart commissions, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use this website or our services.

2. Services described

We provide professional chart commissions for education outcome reporting — including dashboard design, accreditation atlases, enrollment briefings, and faculty outcome portraits. Scope, deliverables, and fees are defined in a written proposal accepted before work begins.

3. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use delivered charts for internal governance, accreditation, and public reporting as specified in your proposal. We retain rights to underlying design methods and anonymised layout templates. Client-provided data remains your property. We do not claim ownership of your SIS exports or institutional records.

4. Client responsibilities

You must supply accurate aggregated data, designate an authorised contact, and respond to validation memos within agreed timeframes. Delays in data delivery may shift project timelines without penalty to us.

5. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific commission giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or accreditation outcome damages. Charts represent data you supply; we do not guarantee regulatory decisions.

6. Confidentiality

Institutional data is handled under our proposal confidentiality terms. We do not publish client-identifiable charts without written permission.

7. Website use

Site content is informational. Sample reports are anonymised. You may not scrape, mirror, or misrepresent our materials. Unauthorised use of our brand marks is prohibited.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jeju-do, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
