Birchhub Analytics Co., Ltd. is the official registered business name operating as Birchhub Analytics. We were established in 2017 in Jeju-si, Jeju-do, Republic of Korea.

Brief history

Founder Yoo Taehyun opened a small charting studio after eight years in institutional research at a Jeju national university. Early commissions were hand-inked retention curves for local college boards who lacked dedicated visual analysts.

By 2019, word spread to mainland accreditation cycles. We added a second analyst specialising in equity gap reporting and began shipping brass-tab binders to Seoul and Busan councils. Today our team of three senior analysts serves universities, colleges, K-12 districts, and specialised academies across Korea — always from aggregated institutional data, never from student login systems.

Mission

Academic leaders deserve outcome evidence they can read without a manual. We translate registrar exports into charts that survive a ninety-minute council agenda — clear enough for trustees, honest enough for accreditation reviewers.

Working approach

We begin every commission with a data audit, not a design mockup. Sketches follow validation. Print production mirrors the digital gallery sequence so remote members see what the board sees. Two revision rounds are standard; a third is available when accreditation timelines compress.
