Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to chart commissions from Birchhub Analytics Co., Ltd. — education outcome dashboards, accreditation atlases, enrollment briefings, and faculty outcome portraits. It does not cover third-party print shipping fees billed at cost.

2. Deposits

Flagship commissions require a 40% deposit upon signed proposal. Deposits reserve studio time and begin data validation. Briefing series require the upcoming quarter paid in advance.

3. Cancellation by client

Before work begins

Cancel within five business days of paying a deposit and before we issue a validation memo: full deposit refund minus bank transfer fees.

After validation memo issued

Deposit is non-refundable. Any additional payments refunded minus labour already performed at our standard hourly rate.

After draft charts delivered

No refund of deposit or progress payments. You may purchase additional revision rounds separately.

4. Cancellation by Birchhub Analytics

If we cannot fulfil a commission due to unforeseen capacity or ethical data concerns, we refund unearned fees within fourteen business days and return your data files.

5. Rescheduling

Campus workshop dates may move once without fee if requested seven or more days ahead. Second moves or changes inside three days incur ₩480,000 rescheduling labour. Accreditation rush surcharges are non-refundable once drafting begins.

6. No-shows

Missed discovery calls without twenty-four hours notice forfeit one scheduled hour billed at ₩220,000. On-campus no-shows forfeit travel costs and the day rate.

7. Work already started

Partial refunds, when eligible, deduct hours logged for data audit, sketch sessions, and design production documented in your project ledger.

8. Purchased materials

Brass-tab binders, specialty paper, and secured gallery setup ordered for your commission are non-refundable once production starts. Unused materials may be shipped to you at cost.

9. Non-refundable items

• Completed and delivered chart files
• Third-party courier and print shipping
• Rush surcharges after draft delivery begins
• Revision rounds already performed

10. Refund process

Email info@desktop-birchhub.click with your proposal reference. Approved refunds return to the original KRW bank account within fourteen business days. We confirm by email when initiated.

11. Disputes

We aim to resolve concerns through direct conversation before formal dispute. Korean consumer mediation channels remain available where applicable.
